Use Case — Does it solve a real, high-value problem for restaurants? We weigh practical impact, measurable results, and proven deployment over potential.

Brand Sentiment — Drawing on the proprietary Savor Sentiment Tracker, we measure how the market actually perceives each brand — momentum, trust, and share of conversation across the industry.

Consumer Adoption — How widely and successfully is it being used in the real world? Traction, retention, and operator-and-guest uptake all count.

Scores across these four pillars determine the category winners, with runners-up recognized in each category.
