About Savor.fm
Savor.fm brings decades of restaurant expertise together with a forward-looking perspective on media, technology, and consumer behavior. Founded by Paul Barron, our network connects operators, founders, and innovators through podcasts, research, and industry analysis that turn emerging trends into practical business insights.
From Fast Casual Nation to the Restaurant AI & Technology Report, we explore what drives brand growth and how AI, automation, and digital commerce are reshaping foodservice. Our SavorAI platform extends that mission through consumer sentiment and brand analysis.
Our Team & Expert Network
Savor.fm brings together restaurant and technology experts, advisors, investors, and researchers with perspectives spanning operations, brand development, consumer intelligence, media, and emerging technology.
Our team and broader expert network connect firsthand industry experience with research and strategic insight. Restaurant specialists understand the realities of running and scaling a brand. Technology experts examine how new tools translate into business results. Advisors and investors assess leadership, growth potential, and opportunities, while researchers explore the consumer behaviors behind those decisions.
Together, we bring depth to our reporting, perspective to our analysis, and practical value to the conversations we share.
